Last week, Guangdong Sihai Company has restarted working and production. Affected by the novel Coronavirus, the government announced that all enterpises will remain closed till February 9th. Primarily, all staff who from other province came back to Guangzhou are required to remain in isolation at home for 10-14 days. Then, all staff must wear masks and take temperature before they entering the office. Furthermore, we will disinfects office area every day as follows to keep factory safety and cleaning. Factory Area: 75% alcohol is flammable liquid, which must be kept away from open fire and heat source. Do not spray but wipe and disinfect with alcohol. Office Area: The enterprise shall measure the temperature of its employees every day, and those who exceed 37.3 ℃ are advised to return and are not allowed to enter the office area. If not necessary, do not gather or hold a meeting. Don't visit the offices. Employees in the office area wear masks throughout the whole process. If the inventory is sufficient, replace them every 2-4 hours. Wash your hands frequently, use hand sanitizer or soap and wash for more than 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer and 75% alcohol spray. On December 12th, 2019,  Guangdong Sihai Iron-Printing and Tin-Making Co.,Ltd held a new round of safety operation training sessions on 5th floor of Sihai office building. The purpose of the meeting was to correct the problems found at any time during the operation of the can production lined, and to find better solutions to keep safety of both workers and processing lines, and also keep its original high efficiency. Through the session,the workshop general manager Mr. Chen showed the videos collected from real cases of violation operations, and used live examples to warn all employees of the company.
