Guangdong Sihai Iron-Printing and Tin-Making Co.,LTD.(Guangdong Sihai for short)announced that the relocation project was successfully completed on July 10,2020. Guangdong Sihai only took 10 days to complete the relocation, installation, adjusting and testing of the four major workshop production lines. Each workshop including the iron-cutting workshop, the iron-printing workshop, the pressing workshop, and the can-making workshop have been put into normal production. This demonstrates the team spirit of Guangdong Sihai, everyone worked together to overcome various difficulties and successfully completed the relocation work. The new address is as below showed A1, NO.13, FIRST WUSHI ROAD, ZHONGXIN TOWN, ZENGCHENG, GUANGZHOU, CHINA. Our company added two Soudronic welding machines and put into production for diameters of 45mm and 52mm, which greatly improve efficiency. At the same time, our company finished the installation of internal coating equipment for diameter 57mm line, and raise the efficiency of the diameter 60mm straight aerosol can production line. At present, the sizes that our company can do internal coating are diameter 45mm, 52mm, 65mm, and diameter 57mm. The inner coating aerosol can has a good protective effect on water-based and alcohol-based solvents, and it can protects from rust, keep the flavor longer, such as air fresheners and body deodorant agents. The warehouse of the new factory is just on the first floor, so the loading time is greatly shortened. At present, it only takes half an hour to complete a 40HQ container loading, , and for the carton packing can order also can be completed within 1 hour. Now our company can take orders normally, including aerosol cans, printed tin sheets, top and bottoms of aerosol cans and specific OEM products. Abnormal operation-when product deformation occurs in the production line, or encounters a small fault, some operations that are not in the operation procedure are often performed, such as debugging the machine, overhauling, and oiling. In such cases, it must be reported to the management. When you need to handle this kind of operation by yourself, you should cut off the power of the machine first, and then operate it only after it is officially safe. Unsafe acts absolutely prohibited： The methods of machine operation, object support and object handling are incorrect and unreliable. Approach or enter a dangerous place, such as approaching a running machine or lifting goods, entering an unsafe place, etc. Clean, lubricate or overhaul the mechanical devices that are running, energized, or heated.
