Now is one month after we Guangdong Sihai Iron-Printing and Tin-Making Co., Ltd moved to the new factory, everything goes smooth step by step under our workers’ efforts. To enhance production efficiency and provide better customer service, all of our staffs developed the spirit of team coordination, we tried our best to finish equipment upgrade and improve the infrastructure construction as quickly as we can.

After finished the upgrade, especially we replaced slow lines with high speed lines of aerosol tin can diameter 45 & 52mm, and also due to the mutual effort by our cutting lines, iron-printing lines and pressing lines, our capacity of aerosol tin cans got great improvement, which reach 1 million pieces cans per day, about 15-20% increase. The fastest lead time for urgent orders now can be 12-15 days.

We rewarded the excellent staffs for their hard working and hope others staffs can do better as them, and cooperate with other departments in the future.

Also we upgraded the pressing machines and packing machines before, and the loading time has been shorten, which made the whole process got great improvement, it enhances our work efficiency.
