In order to ensure the safe supply of electricity and minimize the impact of orderly use of electricity on the economy, society, production and life, it is recommended that the whole society take joint action to overcome the difficulties, and work together to do a good job in orderly and saving electricity.

1. Require party and government agencies and institutions at all levels in the province to set an example and take the lead in practicing green and energy-saving office. All units actively manage the scientific and energy-saving management of office equipment, and promote the formation of good habits of energy-saving in the whole society.

The refrigerating temperature of the air conditioner should not be lower than 26°C. During the air conditioner operation, keep the doors and windows closed, and the power supply of the office equipment such as the air conditioner during non-working hours should be turned off.

3. Encourage the general public to adopt a moderately economical, green and low-carbon family lifestyle.

Use natural light as much as possible for home lighting, reduce the use of permanent lights, encourage the air conditioner to be set at a temperature not lower than 26℃, try to use high-efficiency, low-energy appliances, and turn off the power when leaving home to reduce standby power consumption.
